Evaluating
Below each heading is a notes section and a colored graph. Complete the questions and rank your level of satisfaction with each area of your life by clicking the graph. Place a value between 1 (very dissatisfied) and 10 (fully satisfied) for each area to show how satisfied you currently are with each category in your life .
Finishing
After you complete all sections simply tell us where to send the results. We will send you a trackable wheel of life chart so you can keep track of your progress. We recommend you review your wheel regularly . This is all free and compliments of Destiny Rising.
